Pichi-pichi Recipes Dessert

2 cups grated cassava
2 cups sugar
2 cups pandan water (see procedures below)
garnish:
grated coconut

Food Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients except coconut. Pour into greased muffin pans or puto moulds. Steam for 45 mins. or until set. Roll in grated coconut.

For Pandan water:
Boil 4 leaves of pandan in 2 cups water until fragrant. cool.
